Who is in the wrong here? How can I fix this?

Reading your question was interesting, but what stood out to me was when you said she moved away for a week and did not tell you leaving you to believe she was dead. Hmm! I'm sorry that, that happened to you. Have you ever heard people say (misery loves company). It sounds like your mom isn't dating right now and she wants you to be with her more often then not. But when she is dating, it's not as important. She did exactly what she wanted when she made you upset, and then you cried for an hour. she figured since you weren't going to be with her, sell make you upset while you were with your boyfriend to put a damper on your time with him. Don't give her that power anymore and your boyfriend deserves a great time when he is with you. You are 17 years old. I am happy that you have found some one that makes you happy. Enjoy your time with him, a good man doesn't always knock at our door. Tell your mom that you enjoy being around your boyfriend because he makes you smile inside and out. Tell her that you love her and want to talk about being able to enjoy spending time with the both of them without feeling guilty about it. Tell her that if she wants, you two can plan a weekly mom & daughter day. That could mean you two will go out and do something or just stay home. Just be happy in your life, and do the things that make you smile when you think about it as you lay your head on your pillow.
