Weird, painful bump on my face...cystic acne?

Sounds a lot like cystic acne. I used to have cystic acne and it's no fun at all. Put warm compresses on it and it will eventually go away. If you continue to get them I would visit a dermatologist because they can cause scars in the future if not treated. Good luck!! Acne is no fun!
