Was the Thunder and Bulls downfall their youth?

They both continued to give up huge leads in the 4th quarter the whole series, and I think the youth of both teams got to them. Sure they faced LeBron, Dirk, and Wade- the best finishers in the league- but I think they were too inexperienced. Missed free-throws and turnovers late in games is unacceptable.
