Is my two week old labret piercing infected?

Right around the hole there is some rough, raised skin no bigger than the size of the ball and although its not very red theres some slight discoloration. The lymph production on the outer side is slowing down but theres still some and the inside on my mouth is starting to produce some as there was none on the inside for the first week it was pierced. Theres absolutely no pain or discomfort unless its snagged on something, does it sound infected?
