How to do secret fatalities in Mortal Kombat 9 2011?

I would like to know how to do secret fatalities for characters in MK9. I know some people have like three locked finishers, I can unlock one more but some are still ???. I was wondering how to unlock the rest of the finishers and how to do these secret fatalities I just heard about.
