Which country will get rid of its drug problems first?

Both Mexico and Colombia have drug problems. Mexico is dealing with violence between drug warlords, while Colombia is dealing with high production levels and money laundering of drugs. Both countries have eradication policies, although Colombia's is more vigorous. However, Mexico has bigger problems with the violence than the drugs themselves. So which country do you think will eradicate its drug problems first, Colombia or Mexico? Please no hateful or racist responses.
