Teacher purposely marked me absent becasuse of tiff?

Had a problem with a teacher, and my teacher is the one that thinks she better than me, belittles me, doesnt care about my education.. the simple teacher. I left the class without a pass to go to my counsolers office, and came back with a pass, now she said that the reason she marked me as ****/trunt was because i left without a pass, but i came back with one. What are the steps a mother would take to "get that teacher in trouble"? I always feel that teachers take advantage of the fact that they set rules. and its not fair!!! Ive been treated baddly by several teachers but its like theirs nothing i can do!! Who would i contact>? i just dont feel this is right!
