Should I avoid the family reunion or be the bigger person and attend?

I won't go into specifics here, but I had a tiff with a family member back in March and they are slow to forgive even though I have apologized wholeheartedly. I'm really leaning into going, but not sure if this person wants to see me or not. Should I attend anyway?
