How do I get an Autodesk project file to use the Style library already in an .IDW template?

My company recently upgraded from Autodesk Production Suite 2011 to 2012. With the upgrade we ran into problems with the templates wanting to use the default style libraries. We need to use the ones that are already built into the .IDW files. How can I fix this? The IPJ file doesn't give me the option like it used to.
